It was a beautiful morning and our task in Forest School this morning was to paint with mud. We worked in pairs and went in search of mud in the garden. When we found the mud we added some water and painted our pictures of wellies. We added a layer of brown at the bottom and a few brown patches here and there. We left them to dry until later when we would add some paint. Then we painted the pictures of our hands, they were totally covered in mud.
Next we listened to the story of the gingerbread man and decorated a gingerbread man on the playground. We added raisins and a cherry for the nose. I am sure you will agree that they look fabulous.
